A little bit about me
I'm a Los Angeles based therapist. I grew up in Encino and now live in the San Fernando Valley with my husband and our two fur babies 🐈 🐕. I graduated with a Master's in Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social Work. I also hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from The New School for Social Research.
My Approach
I believe that healing through therapy doesn't have to be stiff or formal - it can be warm, conversational, and even a little fun. I take a personalized, compassionate approach to therapy. Clients often describe our sessions as feeling like a deep, meaningful conversation with an old friend. I'll also challenge you to think about things from a different perspective - sometimes in ways that initially feel uncomfortable, but always help you grow.
My goal is to support you as you discover new insights, confront those "aha" moments, and make real, lasting changes in your life. Whether you're struggling with relationships, stress, past trauma, or or simply trying to figure out what's next, I'm here to help you unpack all of it.
Therapy is a journey, not a quick fix. I'm committed to walking alongside you and helping you explore the possibilities for a more fulfilling life. Together, we'll work through what's on your mind, with compassion and a little humor along the way, to help you live your most authentic and meaningful life.
